In Episode 5 we talk about Bluff, the fun part of poker. In its simplest form, the bluff is a bet or raise with a hand that is not the best.
This is what makes the game so interesting: does the opponent really has a good hand or is he just making a big bluff.
If we consider that bluffing is lying, then the continuation bet is the "white lie". One way to bluff often used in the tables is the continuation bet. If a player does not make a continuation bet, it becomes obvious to the opponents that he doesn’t have a strong hand. If you bet pre-flop and post-flop and only check after, that is a sign of weakness.
